My Black is Beautiful Self-Worth and Self-Esteem Workshop
Call Me Queen celebrated Black History Month with a self-esteem workshop that reminded our black is beautiful. We began the event by watch documentaries Dark Girls and Light Girls, followed by a discussion about a loving the skin we're in. We ended the afternoon by creating life-size posters of ourselves with positive affirmations.
